Chris Kearney was arrested and charged with the 2017 murder of Daniel Salcido. He is currently incarcerated waiting for his second trial. There is no evidence linking to the crime, and ample evidence implicating another suspect. Chris’s first trial was declared a mistrial because at least one member of the jury would not vote to convict him. He is running out of time to get a fair shot at justice, and the prosecution has made it clear they will blatantly ignore the evidence and seek to convict an innocent man.

Though there is no evidence in the case against him, the prosecution has employed witness intimidation tactics and ignored eye-witness testimony in an attempt to convict Chris of a crime he did not commit.

Chris will need the best legal team available to fight for the justice he deserves. He CAN win his freedom, but not without our help. His next court date is coming up fast on April 2nd, and it’s crucial that he has a new legal team sworn in and ready to take his case before then.
